Kuantai has over 20 years of working experience in venture capital, investment banking, and in high tech companies. Prior to joining Qiming, he was a managing director at Highland Capital Partners and Intel Capital based in China for nearly 10 years. His investment portfolio includes many companies in the semiconductor, software, Internet and mobile Internet sectors, out of which 5 have successfully completed IPO. These portfolio companies include: Tuniu (Nasdaq: TOUR), Actions Semi (Nasdaq: ACTS), Montage Technology(Nasdaq:MONT), Parade Technology(GTSM:4966), 6.cn, Gamewave, Kascend and Yeepay. Prior to that, Kuantai was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, responsible for the Asia Technology Investment Banking business. Kuantai began his career at Cypress Semiconductors based in the Silicon Valley where he was an R&D Manager and a Wafer Fab Engineering Manager. He is the owner of 2 US patents in semiconductor technology. The prestigious Forbes Midas List has recognized Kuantai as one of the top venture capitalists in China. He holds an MBA degree, an MENG degree in Electrical Engineering, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science, all from Cornell University.

Jing has 12 years of working experience in venture capital and high tech companies. She was a Vice President at CITIC Private Equity leading TMT and consumer investments prior to joining Qiming. Before CITIC PE, she was an Investment Director at Shanda Capital, leading Shanda’s venture investments and M&A activities in the areas of internet, mobile and media. Jing was the China Representative of Bessemer Venture Partners and a consultant of McKinsey Shanghai. Prior to starting her career in consulting and fund management, Jing was a senior engineer at Oracle. Jing holds a B.S. in computer science from Beijing University, an M.S. in computer science from University of Maryland at College Park, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Helen is a long time venture capitalist and had spent 11 years at GGV Capital and Venture TDF. She was an early investor in Tudou, which listed successfully on the NASDAQ and subsequently merged with Youku (NYSE: YOKU) at over $1 billion valuation. She is a Kauffman Fellow and received degrees from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and Oxford University.
